The Combinat structure includes five town-forming mining administrations located in different regions of the Republic. NMMC Head office is in Navoi. Geographically Navoi is located 500 km of Tashkent between the ancient cities Bukhara and Samarkand. With the capital of Uzbekistan Navoi is linked by rail-, motor- and airways. In the regional centre there are:

• NMMC Head Office (Headquaters) – NMMC administrative and management centre;
• Hydrometallurgical Plant No. 1 (HMP-1) producing triuranium-octoxide, Rhenium and Gold;
• “Navoi Machine Building Plant” Production Association;
• Central Geological Prospecting Group;
• Experimental - Methodical, Research and Geological - Engineering Group;
• Central Research Laboratory;
• Heat-, water- and power supply organizations;
• “Dustlik” Agricultural Enterprise;
• Housing and Communal Services Department.

• Central Mining Administration (CMA, Zarafshan): Muruntau open pit for gold ore mining; Hydrometallurgical Plant No. 2 (HMP-2) processing the gold ore; Geological Prospecting Group No. 3; Muruntau geological prospecting mine; Gold heap leaching mine; Kyzylkum Phosphorite Complex; Emulsion Explosives Plant.
• Jewellery Plant.
• Zarafshan Construction Administration (ZCA, Zarafshan) includes seven construction and installation departments; concrete product plant; machine-operated works department; industrial-engineering arrangement department.

• Northern Mining Administration (NMA, Uchkuduk): mining and processing complexes for uranium, gold, marble, granite, building materials: uranium in-situ leaching mine; gold mines; Hydrometallurgical Plant No. 3 (HMP-3); sulphuric acid plant, stone cutting plant; Geological Prospecting Group No. 2.

• Southern Mining Administration (SMA, Nurabad): uranium in-situ leaching mines and marble open pits; stone cutting plant; gold mines; Hydrometallurgical Plant No. 4 (HMP-4); PVC and PE pipes factory; agricultural and stock-raising production.

• Mining Administration № 5 (MA-5, Zafarabad): uranium in-situ leaching mines; necessary ancillary services complex ensuring regular work of the manufacturing departments.

• Scientific production centre "Geology of precious metals and uranium" - arrangement of exploration works for precious metals, uranium and associated minerals within the whole territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
