Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On citizens’ appeals”.

A citizen can be refused in appointment if his/her repeated applications have unreasonable, illegal character or if the decision on his/her application has already been made.

THE REQUIREMENTS TO CITIZENS’ APPLICATIONS

Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On citizens’ appeals”.

Applications must have a surname (first name and patronymic), information a citizen’s place of residence, the application main point, suggestions or complaints.

Written applications must be signed by an applicant.

In case of impossibility of the applicant’s personal signature it must be signed by the person who fills in the form with indication of his/her surname, first name and patronymic.

Application must indicate brief and clear statement of purpose, problem, suggestion with attachment of all certificates and documents required. The response will be sent to an applicant to the residence (work) address within the period set forth by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan but not exceeding two months. Tel:77-693, 77-558.

All applications on employment and transfer to another position/job are considered in Personnel Management Offices of NMMC subdivisions in accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
