Minority shareholders committee

In accordance with clause 17 of the Charter of “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company” Joint-Stock Company, by decision of the General meeting of shareholders, minority shareholders committee may be created in the company from among the shareholders.

Members of the Management Board, as well as persons elected to the Supervisory Board and Audit commission of the company, cannot be members of minority shareholders committee. Their number is no more than 5 (five) people.

The chairman of minority shareholders committee is elected by the members of this committee from among its members by a majority vote.
