In performance of the Governmental localization program foundry production has a key role as it outputs 80-85 percent of all import replaceable products. The nomenclature of foundry production includes several thousand kinds of products, i.e. spare parts for imported electric and hydraulic excavators, ore grinding crushers and mills, pumps, dump cars and large quantity of parts for machine construction and all possible mining machinery. Casting of pipes for calcining rotating horizontal tube furnaces has been commissioned. In order to fulfill this order our production specialists developed a steelmaking practice to produce 4 new grades of steel. In-line production of cast gear rings of 32 tons for wet autogenous mills and screen dischargeable ball mills for Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex. Within a short period of time a technology has been developed and manufacture of wide assortment of the following new products has been commissioned:
- Manufacture of valves needed by all divisions of NMMC;
- Metal tanks of 210 litre volume;
- Mounted double-deck plow PNY-4-45, PNY-3-45;
- Chisel plow GNU-1M.
