NMMC carries out a great amount of orders for manufacture of metalware, optional equipment, various models of metal-cutting machine tools, spare parts and etc. Having actively joined in performance of Governmental programs on production localization NMMC carries out a great amount of orders for manufacture of metalware, optional equipment, spare parts, and manufactures import replaceable products. A majority of localization projects, performance of which according to the Decision of the President of Uzbekistan was assigned to NMMC, are placed in “Navoi Machine-Building Plant” - the modern enterprise equipped with the unique equipment, with up-to-date production techniques. The machine-building branch in NMMC is presented by the machine-tool construction. We produce some models of metal cutting machine tools and two models of wood-working machine.
We also fulfill orders for manufacture of a gear wheel up to 5th class of accuracy. We provide overhaul of all models of the produced machine tools and service.

1. Multipurpose Turning Lathe with electronic control system and advanced functionality, model НТ-250М: stepless regulation of spindle revolutions and feed. Maximal diameter of set workpiece over frame - 500 mm; Main drive electric motor power - 10 kW.
2. Turning Lathe Model 1М63Н with main drive electric motor power - 15 kW, a product jointly manufactured by NMMC and “Ryazan machine-tool building plant“ open joint-stock company” (Russia).
3. Upright Boring Mill Workcenter Model NF-630MF4 is designed for integrated processing by milling, drilling, boring and threading of workpieces including housing and basic parts out of ferrous, nonferrous metals and some sorts of plastic under control of numerical control system at machinery factories with small-scale and average-scale production.
4. Double-Sided Roughing-and-Grinding Machine 3Н340 is designed for locksmithing (deflashing, chamfering, trimming etc.), as well as for sharpening cutters and drills by straight grinding wheel 400х40х203 (400х40х127). Electric motor power - 3 kW.
5. Special-purpose drilling bench machine 21Н16 is designed for mechanization of drilling works in manufacture and repair of various equipment in shops and mobile repair shops, with maximal drilling diameter 16 mm (Steel 45) and electric motor power 1.1 kW.
6. Multipurpose woodworking machine is designed for flat and angle planing, thicknessing, length- and cross-cutting, hole drilling and grooving. The woodworking machine is manufactured in two versions: household SDU-1 and industrial SDU-1P, with electric motor power 1.1 kW (220V or 380ВV).

We provide restoration and improvement of the mechanical structure of the lathe with MSHAK-CNC numerical control with replacement of electric drive and numerical control.
Multipurpose screw-cutting lathes 16К40 with maximal length of set workpiece in centers 1,500 mm are put into production jointly with “Ryazan machine-tool building plant“ open joint-stock company, Ryazan, Russia.
Machine-tool building department provides thorough overhaul and modernization of metal-working machinery of multipurpose version of turning group; repair of machines of turning group is organized, as well as, at customer’s option, repair and modernization of machines models 16А20FЗ, 16К20F3, 16М30F3 with replacement of numerical control.

The production of a number of pumps has been also implemented.
