for information published at the official website, in newspaper "Konchilar hayoti", journal “Mining Bulletin of Uzbekistan” of "Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company" Joint Stock Company

Official sources of information about activity of "Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company" Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as “NMMC” JSC, company) are “NMMC” JSC's official website www.ngmk.uz, www.nkmk.uz, newspaper "Konchilar hayoti", journal “Mining Bulletin of Uzbekistan”. 

Copying of information (citing any data about NMMC in mass media) from “NMMC” JSC's official website www.ngmk.uz, www.nkmk.uz , newspaper "Konchilar hayoti", journal “Mining Bulletin of Uzbekistan” is permitted only subject to making reference to the source of the used information.

Citing, copying and distribution on websites, portals, blogs, electronic mass media and other Internet resources, of the information published on website www.ngmk.uz, www.nkmk.uz (including quotations from articles, standard art elements, pictures, photographs, collages, etc.), must contain a complete hyperlink to the original source.

• demand from owners and users of the information resources publishing the information about “NMMC” JSC in defiance of these Conditions to indemnify for moral and material damage, including a judicial procedure according to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
