Audit comission

In accordance with clause 18 of the Charter of “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company” Joint-Stock Company, to exercise control over the financial and economic activities of the Company, the General meeting of shareholders elects Audit commission consisting of 3 (three) members for a period of one year.

Members of Audit commission can’t simultaneously be members of the Supervisory Board, as well as work under an employment contract in the Company. The procedure for the formation and activities of this commission are established by the Regulations “On Audit commission” approved by the General meeting of shareholders.
