Internal audit service

In accordance with clause 19 of the Charter of “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company” Joint-Stock Company, Internal audit service monitors the work of the Management Board of the Company, branches and representative offices of the Company by checking and monitoring their compliance with the Legislation, the Charter, standards and regulations of the Company and other documents, for completeness and reliability of data reflection in accounting and financial reporting, established rules and procedures for implementation business operations, safety of assets, as well as compliance with the requirements established by the Legislation for the management of the Company.
