Installation for rock mass leaching

Invention relates to mining and can be used to determine the effective technology and operating parameters of rational operation parameters, technical regimes in extraction of commercial minerals by the method of heap leaching, particularly, in final extraction of ore reserves with off-balance metal content.

Purpose and task of the invitation: Improvement of the leaching effectiveness the heterogeneous on granulometric composition ore mass.

Character of the invention:

Technology of the rock mass leaching, containing a case in the form of a column with perforated bottom, delivery system of leaching solutions and gathering system of product solutions is proposed. Installation contains equipment for leaching, preparatory unit, pump, sump, sorption column, and pump to return the desorbed solution in preparation unit for repeated usage on over one cycle, connected with piping system.

Manufacturing technology patented by Republic of Uzbekistan № IAP 2009 0388 UZ. There is a “know how” for this technology. Technology transfer is possible only on licensing agreement.
