NMMC: analysis of appeals in 2021

In 2021, the management of Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company received a total of 2 819 written, oral, electronic appeals and appeals through the Virtual and People’s Receptions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Reception of the Prime Minister for consideration of appeals from entrepreneurs.

In particular, the number of oral appeals was 167, written - 782, electronic – 1 874. Of these, 1 748 appeals were received through the Virtual Reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from individuals and legal entities. The schedule for the reception by NMMC management of individuals and representatives of legal entities, as well as the organization of field receptions in divisions, was approved, in total last year 150 citizens were received. According to these appeals, legal explanations were given on the spot.

Based on the results of consideration of written appeals, 257 appeals were resolved positively, clarifications were given for 516, 7 were rejected, 2 are in process.

According to the results of consideration of appeals received through the Virtual Reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 611 appeals were resolved positively, 1 016 were resolved by providing legal information, clarifications were given for 101, 8 rejected, 6 not reviewed, 6 discontinued.

In 2021, the appeals raised issues related to employment, reinstatement, wages, housing, education, pensions and benefits, social protection, housing and communal services, healthcare and other topics.
