According to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from March 6, 2020, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan from March 30, 2021, today the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan performs the functions of the sole shareholder – shareholder (founder) in terms of the state’s share in the authorized capital of “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company” Joint-Stock Company.
