Navoi Mining & Metallurgy Company is actively aligning with the national agenda for the advancement and large-scale integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies across the country’s economy.

As part of this initiative, NMMC has launched online training for its employees on the national educational platform Aileaders.uz under the program “Five Million AI Leaders.” The program aims to develop foundational AI and machine learning competencies among staff, representing a key milestone in the implementation of the Digital Transformation and AI Development Program 2025–2030.

Over the course of one year, participants will gain knowledge and skills in: core concepts of artificial intelligence, fundamental machine learning methods, principles of applying AI algorithms in operational activities, practical examples of AI usage to enhance process efficiency.

The online learning format provides employees the flexibility to study at their own pace and reinforces learning through practical assignments.
