Jahongir Oblakulov, a dedicated 4th-year student of Navoi State Mining and Technology University who is turning his classroom knowledge into hands-on expertise at Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company.

Through the "Kasb Egasi" dual education system, Jahongir is not just studying Mechanical Engineering Technology, he is actively applying it in the real-world. By day, he hones his skills as a turner at the Zarafshan Repair and Mechanical Plant learning directly from experienced mentors. By night, he continues his academic journey online seamlessly integrating theory with practice. For students like Jahongir, this model is more than just training, it’s a pathway to employment, professional growth and social mobility.
