The Northern Mining Administration of NMMC continues to advance a strategic investment project — ore mining at the Kokpatas and Daugyztau gold deposits (Phase III) strengthening the Company’s production base and long-term growth potential.

In 2025, the project delivered tangible results: more than 140 million cubic meters of material mined and approximately 16 million tonnes of ore processed. At the Daugyztau mine, production increased by 15% year-on-year, reflecting operational efficiency and effective asset management. At Hydrometallurgical Plant No. 3, new grinding mills were commissioned, increasing processing capacity to 10 million tonnes of ore per year, a key milestone in improving throughput, reliability and cost efficiency.

The project is supported by ongoing fleet modernization, including high-performance equipment from Komatsu, Hitachi and Liebherr, ensuring stable operations in challenging desert conditions. Alongside operation, NMMC continues to invest in people and infrastructure improving working and living conditions, strengthening laboratory and quality control capabilities, and reinforcing operational sustainability.

Geological exploration at Kokpatas and Daugyztau is ongoing, confirming reserves and supporting the Company’s long-term development strategy as NMMC continues to build a resilient and responsible production.
