From February 5 to 8, the International Chess School at the Tudaqul recreation area hosted a hands-on workshop for young leaders of NMMC, organized in collaboration with the Youth Leadership Council and the Trade Union Council. Over four action-packed days, participants strengthened their leadership skills, honed teamwork and boosted personal motivation building the capabilities that drive our company forward.

Day 1: The “One Seminar — One Book” project kicked off with a reading challenge and the intellectual game “Zakovat”, sparking curiosity, strategic thinking, and friendly competition among youth teams.

Day 2: Dr. Nargiza Norqulova, Associate Professor at Tashkent International University and PhD in Psychology, led interactive workshops focused on developing internal motivation, unlocking leadership potential, and mastering effective communication skills—equipping participants with tools to lead with confidence.

Day 3: The workshop opening included a keynote by Holmamat Raupov, Director of Public Relations at NMMC, focusing on empowering youth, their key priorities, and the impact of their active participation in driving progress. The day also included a hands-on session on personal effectiveness and teamwork, led by Marat Mirzadjanov, Chief Specialist of Organizational Development, Transformation Division.

Day 4: The workshop concluded with the “Leader of the Year” awards, recognizing outstanding youth leaders and celebrating initiative, commitment, and impact. This was more than a workshop, it was a platform for ideas, energy, and collaboration, empowering the next generation of leaders to shape the future of NMMC.
