At Hydrometallurgical Plant No. 2, NMMC’s largest gold ore processing facility, the implementation of major investment projects continues in 2026.

In 2025, the plant successfully completed:

- 30 new adsorption units constructed in the adsorption and regeneration workshops
- 2 thickeners installed in the thickening workshop
- Pumping Station No. 16 reconstructed
- Second building of the grinding workshop expanded and Mill Unit No. 33 installed
- Over 55.6 million tonnes of ore processed

In 2026, the installation of Mill Unit No. 33 and the expansion of the second building of the grinding workshop are ongoing. These works are being carried out by the plant’s own teams, with completion scheduled for this year. The localization of equipment and spare parts at the Navoi Machine-Building Plant and the Zarafshan Repair and Mechanical Plant enhances the efficiency of construction and installation works.

The modernization and introduction of new technologies at Hydrometallurgical Plant No. 2 play a key role in increasing precious metals production at NMMC.
