Occupational health and safety under constant control

Ensuring labor protection and safety is important at Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company.

In order to prevent possible accidents at work and occupational diseases, the state of compliance with the important requirements of labor protection and safety in the process of work is constantly monitored in the units of the company.

In particular, on May 29-31th, 2023, representatives of the Main department of occupational health and safety of JSC NMMC, the trade union, and the environmental protection service got acquainted with the state of workplaces and the conditions created for safe work at Navoi Machine-Building Plant. Based on the results of this study, there was held a meeting at the plant with the participation of the management and specialists of the enterprise.

At this meeting, the revealed violations of the requirements of the Rules of labor protection were discussed and recommendations were given for their prevention. Other issues in the field of labor protection were also considered.
