Coordination of the transformation program discussed

On August 24th, there was held a meeting between the company's specialists and representatives of Boston Consulting Group (BCG) aimed to discuss the coordination of the transformation program at the Office of NMMC.

As noted at the meeting, the company is implementing the Transformation Program of NMMC, which determines the goals and priority areas of transformation. This program is aimed at developing the resource base, improving the operational efficiency of the main production and auxiliary processes, the widespread introduction of digitalization, the development of investment processes and the optimization of design solutions, the development of organizational activities, ensuring ESG (E - ecology, S - social sphere, G - management) and industrial safety.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to organize working groups in each area and conduct further consultations.
