Track crossing. Patent No. 5265 UZ

Use: Track crossing is used in transport construction, namely, construction of railway and highway crossings, e.g. in open pit minings using heavy-duty motor transports.

Task: Development of tract crossing design which enables high service reliability when dealing with heavy trucks, and especially dump trucks with lifting capacity of 50 t and more, operated at the open pit minings.

Essence of invention: Crossing includes the base, supporting structure, cross-ties, and floor plates. The floor plates are located in cross and intertrack spaces, and on track benches. The base is made in the form of solid-cast pad, and the supporting structure is made in the form of joint steel beam piles. The bottom of steel beams is cast into the pad. Empty spaces between beams are packed with bulk ballast.

The technology is covered by patent No. 5265 UZ. Know-how is available.
