General meeting of shareholders

In accordance with clause 13 of the Charter of Joint-Stock Company Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company, the general meeting of shareholders is the supreme governing body of the Company.

According to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from March 6, 2020, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan from March 30, 2021, the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from August 18, 2023, today the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the State Asset Management Agencyof of the Republic of Uzbekistan performs the functions of the shareholders in terms of the state’s share in the authorized capital of Joint-Stock Company Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company.
