At NMMC, digitalisation and artificial intelligence are becoming an increasingly integral part of the company’s operating model, helping improve processes, strengthen decision-making and drive greater operational efficiency.

This was one of the key topics discussed at the conference “Implementation of Effective AI-Based Solutions at Large State-Owned Enterprises”, held by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cooperation with "UzAssets" JSC.

The discussion also provided an opportunity for NMMC to share its experience and practical work in this area Bakhodir Davlatov, Director of IT and Digitalisation, and Maksim Khasanov, Deputy Head of ICT Development for Artificial Intelligence, presented the company’s key digitalisation priorities and ongoing projects across operational and corporate processes.

The conference also introduced the Unified Transformation Platform, developed by the Ministry of Economy and Finance together with UzAssets, to support the systematic implementation of digital initiatives across large enterprises.

The next step is to scale these solutions across the organisation, turning technology, data and expertise into measurable improvements in operational performance.
